Full Time, Permanent Opportunity for Salesforce Administrator (Must be local to Plano, TX; Hybrid)

The Work Itself

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce application. They work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that optimize the use of Salesforce to meet those requirements.

Principal among these activities is creating and updating user profiles, permissions, and OWD (organization wide defaults) settings to ensure data security and sharing, as well as performing CRED (create, read, edit, delete) operations on various objects and fields. The Salesforce Administrator will also maintain documentation of the configurations and customizations and provide support and training to end-users.

The Salesforce Administrator works closely with the Senior Salesforce Developer to collaborate on CRM strategic and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and best practices.

The Talent You Bring

The Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or combined equivalent of education
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce Lightning experience
  • Experience translating user requests into clear and actionable requirements, and then designing and implementation solutions that meet the user needs & expectations
  • Ability to create and manage Flows that automate complex business logic and integrate with various Salesforce features.
  • Experience writing database queries using SQL and SOQL
  • Experience managing user profiles, permissions, CRED (create, read, edit, delete) operations and OWD (organization-wide defaults) settings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Demonstrate project management skills and manage multiple complex projects
  • Strong analytical skills required for system enhancements and timely problem resolution
  • Shows initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently and with others in a team effort
  • Attention to detail

Additional skills and experience are a plus:
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with MS Power Platform
  • Experience working with External integrations with Salesforce
