Full Job Description
The Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key player in helping Bloomerang continually improve our Salesforce platform and support our users. The ideal candidate should enjoy all aspects of implementing solutions and managing configuration changes.

What You Will Do
  • Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls.
  • Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
  • Assist with tickets as needed.


What You Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator. Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred.
  • Functional Expertise: Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
  • Agile Mindset: Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog.
  • Collaborative Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a "single source of truth" for the wider team.
  • AI Productivity: Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity.
  • Team-First Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $78,200 - $120,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only). Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
