Full Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator works closely with the Director, Salesforce and the broader Administration team to advance the development, effectiveness, and adoption of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business analysis and technical Salesforce skills, with a proven track record of translating stakeholder needs into scalable declarative solutions. They are equally comfortable running a discovery session with cross-functional stakeholders and configuring a complex Flow. A forward-thinking mindset and genuine curiosity about AI and emerging Salesforce capabilities will be key to success in this role.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Partner with the organization's cross-functional stakeholders to understand, document, and translate user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, test, and implement robust solutions to satisfy business requirements leveraging Salesforce's declarative tools including objects, fields, record types, flow, validation rules, etc.
• Administer FormAssembly form builds and Salesforce integrations end-to-end, from initial design and field mapping through to submission routing, error handling, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain and improve data hygiene across the Salesforce org through data cleansing, data migration, deduplication, and intake form design.
• Resolve user issues promptly, through daily administration and support including user setup, profiles, permission sets, public groups, reports, dashboards, and other areas as required.
• Balance multiple projects while ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders and timely completion of projects.
• Explore and pilot Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, to identify opportunities that enhance automation, surface actionable insights, and improve user productivity.
• Stay informed about new Salesforce releases and related technologies, proactively recommending enhancements to improve productivity, system maintenance, and data integrity best practices.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications
• Business Analyst, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist certifications are an asset.
• Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to run discovery sessions, document current-state processes, translate user needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with NPSP, NPC, MCAE, Agentforce, FormAssembly, LWC, or Apex is an asset.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative - equally effective working independently or with a team, with a strong attention to detail and a critical approach to problem solving.
* This is a full-time 12 month contract position. Salary Range: $76,000-$86,000 annually, based on experience.
