OverviewRapiscan, an OSI Systems Company is seeking a Sales Support Representative, based out of Billerica, MA.
The Sales Support Representative will provide internal support to sales including issuance of quotations and proposals.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary role is to function as the internal support person for Field Sales:
- Central point of contact for designated Regional Field Sales, Sales Rep Organizations, and the customer.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to all Customer inquiries through issuance of quotations, proposals, correspondence, etc.
- Support all regional quote activity for all system applications (does not include Field Service opportunities such as spares, service agreements, standard upgrades, etc.)
- Manage entire quotation/proposal process inclusive of development and obtaining applicable approvals
- Host customer and distributor visits including development of agenda, product demonstrations and all related activities
- Primary support / interface between internal organizations and Sales
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of forecast data in CRM working closely with Regional Sales Team.
- Territories to be covered will be APAC, Europe, and U.S. Government CRAD (territories may change depending on demands of the business)

Additional Responsibilities
- Support AS9100 Auditing through a thorough understanding of all AS9100 related and Departemental procedures
- Provide CRM support through updating of all forecast data in conjunction with Field Sales
- Provide post-order support by ensuring accuracy of matching between PO and quotation
- Enable accurate product manufacturability through completion of any necessary process steps required of Sales in the transition from Quote/PO to Sales Order
- Attend weekly System Allocation meetings providing feedback to Sales as applicable when delivery issues arise
- Maintain customer contact information within CRM system
- Develop and manage initiatives for process improvement
- Understand status of performance to metrics and provide feedback on improvements in performance to standards and methods for improving efficiency
- Continuous learning in commercial and technical understanding of products
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Foreign Language proficiency a plus
- Experience in Oracle Quoting and Order Management a plus
- Experience with ERP System Quoting (Order Entry a plus)
- Strong understanding of MS Office tools and applications
- 2-5 years of practical Sales & Marketing experience
- Fast-paced office environment; requires significant use of telephone and computer. OR Use of computer: >50%
- Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs; 15%
Domestic travel required 5% Must travel internationally and be able to acquire all necessary travel documents

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
