The Sales Support and Enablement Manager plays a critical role in enabling our Business Development professionals and Partners to focus on what they do best—building relationships, creating opportunities, and growing the business. This individual will own and coordinate key sales support activities, including Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, Salesforce administration, contract execution support, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

Drive Execution Across the Sales Cycle

Act as a trusted resource for Business Development professionals by managing and coordinating sales support activities from intake through completion. Support opportunities, proposals, SOWs, approval processes, contract execution, Salesforce updates, and related sales administration.

Own Proposal and SOW Development

Partner with Business Development and Engagement teams to draft, coordinate, and finalize high-quality proposals and SOWs. Maintain consistency with firm standards while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Manage Critical Business Systems

Help maintain data integrity and operational efficiency across Salesforce and related platforms. Support opportunity creation, reporting requests, contract lifecycle management activities, and the adoption of evolving firm technologies and processes.

Improve Processes and Scale Operations

Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase visibility, and enhance the experience for business development teams. Develop documentation, standardize processes, and help build scalable solutions that support firm growth.

Support Strategic Growth Initiatives

Collaborate with Partners, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders on special projects and strategic initiatives that contribute to Connor Group's continued growth.
