Full Job Description
Meta is seeking a highly strategic, quantitative, and insight-driven business leader to join the Americas Sales Strategy Planning & Operations team. This role is central to driving business performance by being the objective, trusted voice to the sales organization-surfacing insights that inform critical decisions and delivering regional context and last-mile execution awareness into global Go-To-Market strategy. You will translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes, serving as the bridge between regional market realities and global decision-making.

Responsibilities

Deliver objective, data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions and drive measurable impact
• Analyze sales performance data across the Americas region to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that inform Go-To-Market strategy and business planning decisions
• Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations that influence business direction and resource allocation
• Build and maintain analytical frameworks and reporting infrastructure that provide consistent visibility into key sales metrics, pipeline health, and market performance
• Champion the regional perspective in global forums, providing data-driven feedback on market dynamics and product opportunities to central teams
• Communicate and influence leadership regularly, synthesizing insights into compelling narratives that highlight opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations
• Drive alignment across regional and global teams, ensuring strategies are grounded in local execution context
• Translate complex, ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations that influence resource allocation and strategic prioritization
• Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and leverage automation and AI tools to improve the speed and scale of analytical outputs

Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical role within a technology or media company
• Experience using SQL or similar tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to generate business insights
• Track record of using data to understand business problems, generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in solving complex and varied business problems (commercial, operational, and organizational)
• Experience in communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Experience delivering results in dynamic environments by adapting priorities, collaborating across teams, and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Meta's advertising products and sales ecosystem
• Experience supporting advertising sales operations or go-to-market planning within a digital media or technology platform
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Experience in building and deploying AI-powered automation solutions to scale analytical workflows
• Experience in advertising, media, or technology industries
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• MBA or an advanced degree in a quantitative field
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy review)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
