The Sales Specialist drives occupancy and revenue growth by leading marketing and sales efforts across assigned communities. Acting in the capacity of a Director of Sales, this role develops and executes Quarterly Sales Plans, manages the CRM pipeline and advances prospects through the sales process to achieve and sustain budgeted occupancy goals.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and execute a dynamic Quarterly Sales Plan
• Manage and advance leads in the CRM to drive move-ins
• Identify and cultivate targeted referral sources
• Conduct professional presentations and community outreach
• Support and train community teams that "sales is everyone's responsibility"
• Oversee move-in coordination, documentation and suite readiness
• Ensure compliance with Sunrise and state-required paperwork
• Analyze market trends and competitive positioning
• Leverage pricing, inventory and services to maximize revenue
• Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed
