Line of Business: Service & Support

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and grow sales across Ready mix concrete & Asphalt locations, within an assigned territory (Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Erie Counties)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and other key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth through proactive outreach and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing alignment, and high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and achieve targets
  • Follow Heidelberg safety procedures on customer job sites and throughout Heidelberg network of locations

Work Environment
This role operates in a combination of field, office, and customer job site settings. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is expected, with exposure to active construction environments.
