Full Job Description
Compensation
Uncapped performance-based income + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps
$1,750 during the training period.
Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-100,000
Top performers earn $150,000 annually
$4,000sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $333 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
Requirements
Availability Monday through Saturday.
Valid driver's license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
Working cell phone with data plan.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
