Sales Representative

Full-Time $80,000 - $88,000 + Bonus/Incentive Eligible

Attention: This position requires regular overnight travel up to 3-5 days per week.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at Continental Silverline Products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an assigned market(s), building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through consistent sales activity. This position requires regular overnight travel up to 3-5 days per week.

You will play a key role in maintaining existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Account Management & Relationship Development

1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers.

2. Conduct regular visits (in-person, phone, or virtual) in accordance with company expectations.

3. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

4. Engage in approved customer relationship-building activities.

Prospecting & Business Development

5. Generate sales leads using approved prospecting methods and referral sources.

6. Initiate meetings with prospective customers to solicit orders.

7. Attend approved sales events and promotions to expand market(s) visibility.

Sales Execution & Order Management

8. Operate within defined pricing guardrails and escalate non-standard requests.

9. Coordinate product displays, demonstrations, and promotional materials.

10. Estimate delivery timing through internal coordination.

11. Contribute toward maximizing truck capacity through incremental volume growth.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

12. Interface with Operations and Production to ensure order accuracy and shipping clarity.

13. Maintain structured documentation of activity and pipeline using company-approved reporting methods.

14. Prepare routine reports of sales activity and market(s) performance.

15. Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to leadership.
