Bath Planet of Washington is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales team. We provide company-generated, pre-qualified appointments so you can focus on meeting with homeowners, presenting our products, and closing sales.
Previous in-home sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person and provide paid training to help you learn our proven sales system. If you are outgoing, motivated, and eager to earn a substantial income, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
- Educate customers on our bath remodeling products and services
- Design customized solutions to meet customer needs
- Present pricing and financing options
- Follow our proven sales process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or home improvement experience is helpful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
