Sales Professional

Rogers Motors in Lewiston Idaho has full-time openings for Sales Professionals across our Toyota, Subaru, and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealerships. Our employees are motivated, knowledgeable and caring professionals who build long-term client relationships. A hands-on style and a passion for doing what is right by our customers and our community is vital.

What You'll Do 🚘

The Sales Professional is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. The Sales Professional will realize the business is built on customer satisfaction, customer retention and devote him/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to the customers. A successful candidate for the Sales Professional position with have prior experience in customer service and sales. Automotive experience isn't necessary. We provide world-class training and mentoring to enable your success!

Your day may include:
  • Attend daily sales meetings during scheduled days.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers.
  • Report to Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
  • Review and analyze actions at end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
  • Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
  • Attend classes and take certain tests throughout the year to maintain training certification.
  • Know and understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to the customer.
  • Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
