Responsibilities Include:- Engaging customers online, over the phone, and in person to build relationships
- Conducting needs assessments and recommending the best Toyota or used vehicle options
- Demonstrating key features and offering test drives
- Negotiating effectively and closing deals with confidence
- Following up using CRM systems (experience with CDK, Dealer Daily, or Drive Centric is a plus)
- Staying current with Toyota certifications, product updates, and industry trends
Requirements
What We're Looking For- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish - Required
- A motivated, goal-driven mindset with strong closing skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and mobile devices
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no major violations)
Compensation "This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential, including the opportunity to earn over $150,000 + annually based on performance."
Full-time position, including weekends. 10-hour shifts with high customer traffic and lead volume.
