Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze KPIs and sales performance reports for both wholesale and retail
  • Compile productivity reports and sales incentive calculations

  • Analyze annual sales budgets and ongoing financial forecasts
  • Update reporting on distribution and market share for retailers
  • Conduct strategic analysis on product assortment and sales categories
  • Develop ad hoc sales reports with actionable business insights
  • Oversee optimization of BI tools and POS systems as the department's master user
  • Document reporting procedures and lead performance dialogues on commercial KPIs
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and lead project initiatives

Full Job Description
The Sales Performance Analyst will be accountable for building, analyzing, and updating sales reporting for our Wholesale and Retail channels. You will be responsible for overseeing business performance management and communication throughout the organization. This data, retail analytics and financial information driven role requires understanding of the business, strong analytics skills, a system savvy and curious person who is detailed oriented. This role will be reported to the Director of Sales & Operations Excellence.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Prepare & Analyze KPI's report, sales analysis, product performance reports for wholesale and retail on daily, weekly and monthly basis.


  • Prepare & Analyze productivity report, sales incentives calculation, etc., for wholesale and retail on daily, weekly and monthly basis.


  • Prepare monthly commercial budget files and monitor monthly sales forecast


  • Prepare and analyze annual sales store budgets and on-going financial forecast


  • Update distribution and market share reporting by retailer, by point of sales


  • Perform strategic analysis on product assortment, sales by category


  • Build ad hoc sales reports for retail and wholesale channels with highlights and business recommendations


  • Work closely with Senior Director of Wholesale and Retail Regional Directors


  • Optimize the BI tools and POS available and be the master user for the sales department


  • Build and document procedures for any report used.


  • Foster a continuous performance dialogue: constantly monitoring commercial KPIs, encouraging proactive performance improvement and intelligent benchmarking within the department


  • Review and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly business review


  • Lead projects with methodology, thorough follow-up, and collaborative momentum.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field preferred


  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in retail /wholesale


  • Luxury beauty or fashion experience is preferred


  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills


  • IT system savvy


  • Expert Excel & Power point skills


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


  • Agile and flexible to adapt to situations and tools as needed
