About the Role As the Sales Manager at Timeero, you will serve as a player-coach - combining strategic and operational team leadership with active direct selling and carrying an individual quota. In this hands-on role, you will lead and mentor an experienced team while remaining directly on the front lines - personally identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value business opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and driving our next phase of market expansion in workforce management, GPS tracking, and mileage compliance.
We are looking for a hands-on, strategic Sales Manager who thrives in a growth-oriented environment. As our market footprint expands, you will have the autonomy to add talent, optimize our go-to-market execution, and scale the sales team around the strategy you believe will deliver sustainable results.

We value tenure, foster strong relationships, and maintain a culture grounded in mutual respect, accountability, and continuous professional growth. For the right sales leader, this is a career-defining opportunity to shape our revenue trajectory, mentor a high-performing team, and make a lasting impact across the entire company.

- Pipeline Management & Accurate Forecasting: Establish visibility and operational consistency across the sales organization. Take full ownership of revenue targets and deliver reliable, accurate sales forecasts to executive leadership.
- Optimize Sales Operations & Technology: Introduce tools, methodologies, and repeatable processes that elevate the team's efficiency, streamline deal execution, and scale top-of-funnel pipeline generation alongside BDRs, Marketing, and partner networks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Voice: Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to align sales opportunities with business goals. Serve as the voice of the market by channeling customer feedback directly into product roadmap discussions, executive leadership, and go-to-market messaging.
What You'll Need- Proven Player-Coach Track Record: 10+ years of high-performing B2B sales experience with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding individual quota targets while successfully leading or mentoring sales teams.
- SaaS & Complex Solution Expertise: Deep experience closing complex B2B SaaS solutions (SMB through Enterprise); background with ERP systems, workforce management, or supply chain technology is a strong asset.
- Active Selling & Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to balance individual contributor sales responsibilities with team leadership, co-selling, rep development, and pipeline management.
- Strategic & Revenue-Driven Mindset: Strong strategic planning capabilities to design and execute innovative revenue growth models that deliver measurable, scalable results.
- Adaptability & High-Growth Agility: Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the maturity and diplomacy to navigate organizational change and balance competing priorities.
- Cross-Functional Influence & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with internal teams (Marketing, Ops, Product, Finance) and C-suite client stakeholders.
- Operational & Analytical Execution: Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and pipeline-management skills, paired with a relentless, consistent work ethic.
