What You'll DoAs an Inside Sales Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, and you'll be tasked to:
Drive Measurable Results- Achieve 100% of production goals and key performance indicators monthly
- Lead team to effectively participate in the Objective/Key Results process
Build and Develop a High-Performing Team- Recruit, lead, and retain a team of up to 15 Sales Representatives
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with each team member
- Conduct regular performance reviews to meet individual and team goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Lead and participate in sales team meetings, industry trend discussions, and best practice sharing
- Administer employee recognition programs and SPIFFS reporting
Deliver a Best-In-Class Customer Experience- Identify, nurture, and grow business from insurance agents and agencies
- Lead team to execute consistently within sales operations procedures
- Set proper expectations with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on them
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- Sales Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience required
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years leading sales and/or account management teams
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Industry Knowledge: Insurance or marketplace experience is a plus
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, in-office environment
- People-First Leadership: Ability to motivate, develop, and retain top talent
- 100% Onsite : In our Newport Beach Office
