Your Contribution

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue, opportunity generation, and customer development objectives
  • Develop and execute account strategies, forecasts, performance reports, and action plans for assigned customers and markets
  • Establish pricing strategies, prepare and approve quotations, negotiate contracts, and support profitable business growth
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement with key decision-makers, while ensuring accurate CRM documentation
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, support collections efforts, and promote a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities by collaborating with customers and internal teams on new products, projects, and innovations
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate market and competitive intelligence to support business strategy and growth initiatives
  • Conduct account planning, annual sales planning, customer segmentation reviews, and milestone tracking to achieve business objectives
  • Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support trade shows, conferences, promotional activities, and market awareness efforts
  • Serve as a regional market expert and key point of contact for assigned market segments, coordinating customer development, strategic opportunities, and collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders
  • Follow all Company procedures and protocols, while adhering to all EHS guidelines


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field; additional business or economics education preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, product management, business development, or related commercial leadership roles
  • Proven experience selling and supporting complex technical or engineered products, with a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical environment
  • Strong understanding of optical materials, components, and performance characteristics is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive business growth in competitive markets
  • Experience developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a global, multicultural environment and collaborate across cross-functional and international teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to balance technical and commercial priorities
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated professional with a proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong deal-closing capabilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
