About the job Sales Manager (Remote, US-Based)
Sales ManagerStay'd
Full-time | Remote - United States
Department: Sales
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Eastern Time
Reports to: CEO and COO
Compensation: Base USD $100,000 / year | OTE USD $175,000
The roleYou own sales operations for Stay'd . You lead a team of 10+ sales agents, coach them to perform, and build the systems that make good results repeatable: clear SOPs, the right KPIs and a pipeline everyone can trust. You know every rep's numbers, where each one is stuck and what will move them forward.
It is a role for someone who leads from the floor, not from a dashboard. Setting a target is not the same as hitting it. If the team's number is yours, you own what it takes to get there.
Where you sitYou sit in Sales and work closely with leadership, marketing and the brand teams across the collective. This role is fully remote within the United States, working Eastern Time hours. Because Stay'd runs shared systems across every brand, a process you build here tends to end up running in every market.
