Full Job Description
NVIDIA is looking for a highly motivated Industry Sales Manager passionate about healthcare and medtech and join our multifaceted and fast-paced organization. The HCLS Medtech Sales Manager will lead a team responsible for driving customer demand for NVIDIAs software and hardware products enabling Accelerated Computing and Artificial Intelligence. This role requires detailed and resourceful teamwork across the NVIDIA platform, the developer community, and the network of partners to enable our customers to save money and make money!

What you will be doing:
  • You are going to work directly with end customers, NVIDIA channel partners, and the extended sales team to achieve and exceed growth targets across a set of named manufacturing accounts in the United States.
  • Own demand generation and forecasting for NVIDIA enterprise hardware and software products in designated accounts.
  • Establish and develop NVIDIA relationship with key CXOs, decision makers across the Enterprise, enabling customer references for future industry growth.
  • Lead the US team of Medtech Account Managers to achieve key regional targets and objectives.


What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ overall years of sales experience within US enterprise with 6+ years of leading a team.
  • Consistent track record leading significant revenue responsibility, software/hardware sales and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals.
  • Understanding a broad range of NVIDIA technologies and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the product portfolio or GTM strategy.
  • A deep understanding of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, products, marketing strategies, complex sales processes and channel sales.


Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Understanding of on-premises and public cloud platforms for Artificial Intelligence and Accelerated Computing.
  • Strong network/experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences.
  • Experience working with developer communities and network partners to identify and deploy industry specific use cases to drive incremental usage of NVIDIA technology.
  • Experience of building cross-functional internal teams to respond to customer requirements.
  • Have a background in software & hardware sales.


Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
