We9re looking for an experienced, results-driven Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned operation. This is more than a management position-it9s an opportunity to build and grow a high-performing used vehicle department. We9re looking for a leader with a proven track record who can take our operation to the next level and help us achieve our goal of 70+ used vehicle sales each month.

What You9ll Do- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed our used vehicle sales objectives.
- Source and acquire quality pre-owned inventory through auctions, trades, direct purchases, and other acquisition channels.
- Manage inventory levels, aging, merchandising, and pricing to maximize profitability and inventory turn.
- Analyze market trends and establish competitive pricing strategies.
- Oversee CRM opportunities, internet leads, and follow-up processes to maximize sales opportunities.
- Partner with the marketing team to effectively advertise and merchandise inventory.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Assist sales consultants in closing deals and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Service, and other departments to maximize dealership performance.
- Monitor department performance using key metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure every customer receives a professional, transparent, and enjoyable purchasing experience.
What We9re Looking For- Minimum of 2 years of successful Used Car Manager experience.
- Proven track record of increasing used vehicle sales and department profitability.
- Strong used vehicle acquisition, appraisal, inventory management, and merchandising experience.
- Experience developing effective pricing strategies and managing inventory turn.
- Strong knowledge of dealership CRM systems and digital lead management.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate teams while maintaining a positive and accountable culture.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver9s license with a clean driving record.
