Job ResponsibilitiesAs a West Coast Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, generating leads, and closing new business. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter, possess strong communication skills, have a high degree of personal integrity, and be driven for success. Other responsibilities include:
- Integrating sales and individual activity into our CRM system
- Developing new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and generating new leads to ensure the territory is effectively covered and supported
- Creating annual business plans and sales strategies for the territory to meet company sales goals and profitability
- Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines and services represented by the company
Job RequirementsThe candidate will have:
- 3 to 5 Years of proven sales experience, preferably in machine tool technology
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho is preferred)
- Technical aptitude and knowledge of machine tool technology
- Previous experience with machine tools is required.
- Manage incoming sales leads from the website and phone calls
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with new and existing customers.
- Exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Regularly travel to perform customer site visits to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals
- Must have a valid driver's license with no significant violations.
- Due to DoD contractual obligations and the requirement to obtain a U.S. government security clearance, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.
Benefits:Compensation can start DOE from $75,000.00+ per year plus commissions. With your successful commissioned sales you have the potential of earning 100K-250K per year.
