Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:- Work with management team to hire, manage, and supervise the performance of the sales department
- Monitor showroom traffic and oversee salespeople to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction ratings of the dealership
- Be proficient in Elead CRM software including all CRM functions and desking tools
- Make daily follow-up calls for all unsold clients who visit our showroom or contact via phone or internet
- Coach sales team through each step of the sales process and help close deals
- Maintain vehicle inventory and monitor likes/dislikes, lost sales, and sales history analysis to determine what to stock
- Ensure proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a sales and traffic control system
- Establish and enforce product-knowledge standards
- Handle customer complaints immediately and in accordance to dealership guidelines
Job Requirements & Qualifications:- Previous Sales Manager experience is preferred
- Maintain Professional Appearance
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems
- Previous industry knowledge and overall knowledge of operations, management, and customer relationships
- Must have valid driver's license
