2-Quarter Management TrackQuarter 1: Sales FoundationEarn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.
Responsibilities:- Master our in-home sales system
- Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
- Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
- Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
- Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
Quarter 2: Leadership & MentorshipTransition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.
Responsibilities:- Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
- Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
- Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
- Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
- Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
Requirements: - 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
- Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
- Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team
Compensation & Benefits- Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150,000-$300,000+ OTE
