What We're Looking For- 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
- Proven success selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication skills with leadership potential
- Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team
Compensation & Benefits- $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped earning potential
- Weekly commission pay + Performance bonuses
