Your areas of responsibility will include:
• Selecting, hiring, training and developing Sales Associates
• Managing vehicle inventory
• Managing showroom and online activity via CRM and other tools
• Training Salespeople on effective processes and products
• Managing high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
• Monitor the reconditioning process.
• Mentoring and coaching our sales staff to be highly successful

Job Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with good driving history.
• Automotive sales management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of DMS and CRM software.
• Excellent Computer skills.

Your experience with Internet Sales and CRM management is a plus. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
