- Provide training and support to all staff
- Assist sales consultants in closing deals and attracting more customers
- Call, email, text and communicate with prospects and customers
- Strong desking and closing abilities - special finance knowledge is beneficial for this role
- Should be knowledgeable with appraising trade-ins and used car street purchases
Qualifications- Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive sales management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
