Sales Manager

The team at Coastline is looking to hire aSales Manager at their North Las Vegas, NV.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager serves as the sales leader for the Las Vegas branch during a critical period of growth and transformation. This is a front-line leadership role. The Sales Manager is expected to set the standard for the team by how they show up every day, not just by what they ask of others. Responsible for building and leading a sales team that is aligned, motivated, and performing at a high level through hands-on coaching that genuinely elevates each person on the roster. This role requires someone who communicates with clarity and conviction, fosters real collaboration among their people, and keeps the team locked in on outcomes that matter: revenue growth, market share gains, and unmatched customer experience across the Las Vegas market.

Equally important is a deep commitment to process. The right candidate embraces consistent adherence to the Coastline sales process and understands that disciplined execution of that process is what separates good months from sustainable success. Quoting accuracy, deal structure, integrity, and attention to detail at every stage of the sales cycle are not secondary considerations in this role. They are foundational. When the process is followed with consistency and precision, the business outcomes follow.

The Sales Manager is expected to be the kind of leader who draws extra effort from their team not through pressure, but through trust, shared purpose, and a visible commitment to winning together. Partners closely with Parts, Service, Rental, and branch leadership to ensure every department is working toward the same goals.

Why This Role is Different:

Las Vegas is a market with real upside in construction equipment, and Coastline is making a deliberate investment in turning this branch into a showcase for what the company can be. The opportunity in Southern Nevada is significant and growing. The customer base is there and our product lines are best in class.

What this branch needs is a sales leader who will lead from the front, set the bar high, coach their people up to it, and run a disciplined operation where the process is followed, the quotes are clean, and the results reflect the effort. If you've been in the industry long enough to know what good looks like, and you've been waiting for a situation where you can actually build it, this is the one. The opportunity to generate meaningful business outcomes in this market is real, and the right leader in this seat will be the reason it happens.
