This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a luxury, consultative sales environment and knows how to inspire teams to deliver white-glove customer experiences while consistently driving revenue growth. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE Lead and manage a team of 10-15 Project Consultants, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals. Train, mentor, and develop new Project Consultants, providing ongoing coaching to build confidence and skills. Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching sessions - split between demonstrating sales excellence and observing/mentoring. Drive performance by focusing on elevating the "middle 50%" of the team to maximize overall results. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and report results to leadership. WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON Proven experience as a Sales Manager or comparable leadership role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished presence with both team and clients. Deep understanding of sales principles and consultative customer service practices. Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM/sales tools. Preferred: Background in luxury sales, high-value transactions, or in-home/consultative sales.
