Inspector Sales Representative

What You'll Do

As an Inspector Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to inspect homes for:

• Rodent activity and damage
• Termite infestations
• Moisture-related issues
• Structural vulnerabilities

You'll educate homeowners on your findings, recommend the right solutions, and help customers protect what matters most.

This is a consultative, face-to-face sales role focused on building trust and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Drive to scheduled inspection appointments
• Perform thorough home inspections in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas
• Identify pest or moisture-related concerns
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Document inspection results professionally
• Help customers choose solutions that fit their needs
• Achieve personal sales goals while representing Alta with professionalism
