This position is with our AdhesiveTechnologies business unit within the Infrastructure Protection & Repair(IPR) division. What you'll do
  • Defines and steers sales, sales structures, key customers and new business to drive growthLeads execution of global/regional sales plans based on market needs, trade structure, competitive situation aligned with SBU/SU strategy
  • Conceptualizes programs and activities that drive the market and expand customer base and volume
  • Drives execution of sales activities and key client profitability
  • Is responsible for leading, coaching and developing the sales organization (including training and best practice exchange)
  • Identifies new market segments, target customers, and/or trends, and innovations
  • Improves the sales at key accounts and project pipeline to develop business
  • Develops and fosters top to top relationships with key customers, partners, associations
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product development, and supply chain to enhance market positioning and service delivery

The salary range for this role is $130,000.00 and $160,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
