Job Description:YOU WILL BE: Under the direction of the Vice President, General Manager (VP/GM), the Store Director is responsible for driving the overall results of the store, positive client interactions, and for building and leading a selling and high performance operations organization; driving performance through direct oversight of the selling and operations process. They ensure proper processes are followed and manage resources efficiently to drive business and maximize productivity and profit. This role represents the brand standards across all aspects of the business. WHAT YOU WILL DO:Operations Ownership- Hands on leadership in order to ensure High Performance results around Operations Key Performance Indicators
- Understand the Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensure Store Controllable Expense is in line with the business trend
- Manage staffing level and payroll expense based on business trends; ensure appropriate associate coverage for selling floor and support areas
Selling and Client Experience Ownership- Drive maximum sales and growth in line with company vision and values
- Builds a strong service and selling team that operates consistent with SFA standards
- Partner with the VP/GM and Area Marketing Director to determine appropriate strategies and action plans for the store to yield positive results through Top Client and Top Advisor Strategies
- Hands on support with daily customer service behaviors
People- Directly oversees a Core Management Team and provide consistent and frequent communication so all team members are aware of the store vision, goals, and expectations
- Serve as coach to the Core Management team to develop, motivate, and train all associates in all aspects of their store
- Lead the recruitment efforts and actively hire and fill open roles with a sense of urgency
- Work side-by-side on the floor and work closely with your teams to ensure all operational, selling and client needs are met
- Set goals for Associates in alignment with SFA objectives and recognize outstanding performance to increase engagement
- Execute all HR Functions for the store
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:- Proven experience in retail leadership, preferably in a high-volume or luxury retail environment, with a track record of achieving sales, operational, and customer service goals.
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L), payroll management, and controllable expenses.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a management team, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
- Experience driving sales growth through client engagement strategies and team development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to align teams on store vision, goals, and operational priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to act hands-on when needed.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent, with a sense of urgency in filling open positions.
- Knowledge of HR processes and ability to execute HR functions for the store effectively

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:The salary for this position is between $94,798.85 - 118,498.57 annually. Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
