Full Job Description
Microchip USA is a fast-growing tech distributor in the heart of Downtown Tampa. We are a crucial supplier for some of the world's largest manufacturers, sourcing and distributing high-end electronic components like semiconductors, integrated circuits, FPGAs, MCUs, etc. We solve complex supply chain problems for our clients.

We are looking to add a few high-energy, motivated sales people to our team. Our ideal candidate puts a high priority on their personal and professional development, is confident in their ability to be successful, and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the office everyday.

The job is a full-cycle sales position. You will develop a client base by making outbound cold calls, qualifying inbound sales leads, and finding new opportunities as market conditions change. You will give sales presentations to senior level executives. You will engage in complex, high-value negotiations and see opportunities through to the finish line.

This is a full-time position. The job is in-person only. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 5:30, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at our office in Downtown Tampa. Our ideal candidates are hardworking, always curious, constantly ready to learn, and self-motivated people. We are looking for candidates to take initiative and make those calls that need to be made around the world. You'll have key card access to get in as early as you want to work European accounts and you'll have plenty of company if you stay past 5:30 to work the West Coast.

We offer a $50,000 base salary and a lucrative, uncapped commission plan ($150,000 - $200,000+ in year one). We offer fully paid medical insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan to eligible employees. Visit our website at https://microchipusa.com/ to learn more about our company.
