Sales Engineer - Warminster, PAWe are looking for a talented
Sales Engineer, who is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, providing technical application support throughout the sales cycle, and presenting proposals to customers. You will also work closely with customers to ensure that all deliverables are clearly defined and remain within scope.
Main Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a persistent hunter mentality by utilizing technical expertise to consistently uncovering, engaging, and converting new customer prospects into sales opportunities.
- Lead the discovery process with customers to identify, refine, and validate project requirements and success criteria.
- Coordinate with the Proposal Team to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and reflected in proposal submissions.
- Develop sales and account strategies for growing revenue and profitability within target markets.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Track, maintain and update all contact leads in CRM through project lifecycle.
- Monitor market activity and make suggestions regarding equipment, product mix, and design changes as required.
- Support and attend trade shows and events.
- Deliver sales results that meet or exceed sales goals established by management.
- Work with engineering, operations, and project management to achieve high Customer satisfaction and successful project acceptance.
- Monitor and report on competitive activity to provide feedback on industry direction.
- Remain alert for sales opportunities relevant to new areas and other LINK businesses.
- Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
- All other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in technical sales in an engineering environment.
- Experience in industrial HVAC, calorimetry, and/or refrigeration equipment is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record developing and winning capital equipment orders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Working knowledge of capital equipment purchasing processes and consultative sales methodologies used to identify, develop, and close complex technical opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex product specifications.
- Experience in account management and technical quoting.
- Experience with CRM software, Hubspot preferred.
- Experience with ERP software, Epicor preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse people and cross-functional teams.
- Highly developed organizational skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to lead problem solving and solution implementation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
