The RoleWe're looking for a
Sales Engineer to help Corridor win and expand technical customers as we scale our GTM motion. You'll partner closely with Sales to lead the technical side of customer engagements - from discovery and demos through Proof-of-Value and close. You'll work with security, engineering, and platform teams to understand their environments, demonstrate Corridor's value, and help customers successfully deploy it.
As our second Sales Engineer, you'll take ownership of opportunities from day one while helping evolve the playbook and processes built by our founding SE.
What You'll Do- Partner with Account Executives across opportunities, leading technical discovery, demos, architecture discussions, and Proof-of-Value engagements.
- Run compelling demos and technical deep-dives for security leaders, platform teams, and engineering executives, adapting your approach to the audience.
- Design and execute POVs inside customer environments, integrating Corridor with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, CI/CD, and existing security workflows.
- Understand each customer's agentic coding workflows, security environment, and internal policies, then translate them into a practical Corridor implementation.
- Navigate technical objections and competitive evaluations while clearly communicating Corridor's value and helping move opportunities forward.
- Improve our discovery frameworks, demo environments, POV methodology, technical collateral, and objection handling based on what you learn in the field.
- Feed customer and competitive insights back to Product, Engineering, and GTM, helping shape both what we build and how we sell it.
What You'll Bring- 4-8+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience selling complex B2B technology to security, engineering, infrastructure, or developer teams.
- Strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle - Git, CI/CD, IDEs, code review, and developer workflows.
- Working knowledge of application security, including SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management, secure SDLC, and vulnerability management.
- Comfortable with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot, or able to get up to speed exceptionally quickly.
- Strong technical communication skills - equally comfortable whiteboarding with an engineer and presenting to a CISO or VP of Engineering.
- Hands-on and resourceful; comfortable troubleshooting integrations, writing scripts, and figuring things out without a playbook.
- Strong ownership and commercial instincts, with a bias toward action and measurable customer impact.
- Willingness to travel up to ~30% for customer engagements and industry events.
We're looking for someone open to working in a hybrid environment; 3 days per week in our South Beach, San Francisco office (Mon, Wed, Fri).
