Compensation Range: 111,000-138,600 plus sales bonus

Job PurposeThe Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving the adoption and execution of sales enablement programmes within the US region. This role acts as the bridge between strategy and field execution, ensuring that global enablement initiatives are effectively deployed and embedded within sales teams. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial experience, having previously sold or led sales teams, and is capable of translating enablement strategy into practical, field-ready execution that drives measurable sales performance.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMajor Responsibilities- Deploy and embed global sales enablement programmes within the US region
- Drive adoption of sales methodologies (e.g. Challenger) and commercial messaging
- Partner with sales leaders to reinforce behaviours and improve execution
- Coach and support sales teams in applying training in live opportunities
- Act as the voice of the field, providing feedback into enablement strategy
- Support pipeline development and deal progression through targeted enablement
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and field engagement activities
- Collaborate with Sales Excellence, Marketing, and Product teams to align execution
- Monitor adoption, effectiveness, and impact of enablement initiatives
- Identify capability gaps and support continuous improvement
QualificationsBasic Qualifications- Undergraduate degree in Business or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of selling or leading sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
- Experience influencing and working with senior sales stakeholders
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Challenger or similar sales methodologies
- Background in B2B, industrial, or technical sales environments
- Experience in sales enablement or training roles
- Demonstrated success in improving sales performance or capability
