Description

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our US sales organization. This role will own the sales strategy, manage a high-performing team of Account Executives, and work closely with founders and engineering leadership to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute the US sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Own strategic enterprise sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closing complex deals.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and iterate on processes to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud-native, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and scale revenue across diverse enterprise accounts.
  • Deep understanding of technical infrastructure, with Kubernetes preferred, and experience selling to technical audiences (DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineers).
  • Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals, consistently overachieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at executive levels.
