MISSION

The Sales Director is responsible for growing MKSPAMP's commercial presence in the Americas with a primary focus on the US. Therole focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with financialinstitutions, bullion dealers, corporate clients, and distributors. The Sales Director ensures compliant client onboarding and support processeswhile driving sales performance, market intelligence, and operationalexcellence within the local regulatory and cultural context.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and pursuebusiness opportunities across precious metals markets in the Americas with aprimary focus on the US.
  • Collaborate as anintegral team player to coordinate and implement sales strategies aligned withregional priorities and global business objectives, ensuring consistency anddriving sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintainlong-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring profitabilityand client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regularin-person/virtual meetings with clients and sales team
  • Gather and synthesizeclient feedback and deep market intelligence to inform product development andservice improvement.
  • Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and local regulations to adapt business strategyaccordingly.
  • Represent MKS PAMP inmeetings, events, and industry forums.

KYC, Onboarding, and Compliance
  • Lead the clientonboarding process in strict accordance with Group compliance policies andregulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate withcompliance and legal teams to ensure proper KYC documentation, due diligence,and client approvals.
  • Ensure all clientinteractions and transactions adhere to internal governance and ethicalstandards.
  • Maintain up-to-dateknowledge of regional financial regulations and contribute to local complianceinitiatives.

Customer Support and Issue Resolution
  • Act as trusted client support partner, proactively managing inquiries andresolving operational issues promptly to ensure a seamless and positivecustomer experience.
  • Coordinate withinternal teams (operations, trading, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamlessservice delivery.
  • Escalate and resolvecomplex client matters efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Reporting and Management
  • Maintain an accurateand current database of client interactions, opportunities, and key metrics.
  • Provide strategicfeedback and recommendations to regional leadership.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a similar type of education.
  • Min. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
