What we're looking for in a Director of Sales & MarketingTo thrive as our Full-Time Director of Sales, you'll need a blend of experience, skills, and attributes that make you shine in the spotlight!
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred, along with a stellar track record of at least 5 years in sales-preferably in senior living or healthcare.
- With a minimum of 8 years in management of long-term care/CCRC marketing and admissions, you'll bring valuable insights to our dynamic team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, as you'll be rallying your team and connecting with residents and their families.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite will help you streamline efforts like a pro!
