Sales Director - Healthcare (Dental & Aesthetics)Location: Remote USType: 100% New Business DevelopmentPosition SummaryThe Sales Director is responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition within Jabil Healthcare, targeting top-tier dental, aesthetics, and adjacent healthcare companies. This is a pure hunter role, focused on landing new logos and building long-term strategic partnerships.
This role leads highly consultative, enterprise-level sales engagements with complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes. The Sales Director will build executive-level relationships and position Jabil as a preferred, long-term manufacturing partner by delivering end-to-end, vertically integrated solutions across the product lifecycle.
You will partner closely with Business Unit leadership and cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Legal to develop solutions, win new programs, and ensure successful execution.
What can you expect to do?New Business Development & Strategy- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new customers across dental, orthodontics, aesthetics, and adjacent healthcare markets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities; drive deals from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain C-level relationships within target accounts
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles focused on value creation and long-term partnerships
- Partner with internal leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and win new business
Sales Execution & Commercial Leadership- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation, and close
- Lead executive-level presentations
- Maintain clear visibility into pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression
- Deliver against bookings targets with strong focus on profitability and return on investment
Solution Development & Cross-Functional Alignment- Translate customer requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions
- Collaborate with the Business Unit, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to design competitive offerings
- Promote Jabil's full capabilities, including:
- PCBA and advanced electronics
- Electromechanical and complex assembly
- Precision injection molding and tooling
- Device design, development, and prototyping (DFx, value engineering)
- Automation, testing, and quality systems
- Packaging, sterilization, and post-manufacturing services
- Support seamless transition from deal closure to program launch
What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field)
- 8+ years total sales or business development experience
- At least 5 years of sales/business development experience in contract manufacturing, OEM, or related industries, such as:
- Electronics manufacturing (EMS)
- Medical device manufacturing
- Electromechanical or complex device assembly
- Proven track record of landing net-new business and growing strategic accounts
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and deal structuring
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel ~30-40% (domestic and occasional international)

The pay range for this role is $159,600 - $287,300. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: November 30, 2026.
