Hybrid role- 10% Onsite (Lincoln, MA), 40% client/travel

Our healthcare business is exploding and we need someone hungry and ready to dive in and make waves with us! You will join our team as a full-time Sales Manager focused on the Health Tech space.
With hard work and a willingness to learn and grow, you will be rewarded with a competitive compensation structure. You will bring a knowledge of the Health Tech in payor, provider, or pharma industries, and how to effectively close deals. You should be skilled in prospecting, strategic selling, developing sales proposals, and making sales calls to new and existing client executives.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have an advanced knowledge of the Health Tech space with focus on payor, provider or pharma and a strong interest or knowledge in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and software engineering!
You should be self-driven and innovative in prospecting and networking strategies. Above all, you should have great energy, drive, an ability to be adaptable, and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
Proven success with logo acquisition, focusing on new client development. This role is a hunting position, requiring a strong sales background (no account managers or Business Development).

Rapid Revenue Generation:
bility to deliver on revenue and client billing from the start, minimizing ramp-up time.

Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience in data and analytics in the Digital Healthcare space is hugely important

Proposal and RFP Expertise:
Capable of writing client proposals for IT services and collaborating with the Technical team on Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Education and Background:
Bachelors or Masters degree. A background in IT/Engineering with a degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Bio-Medical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical will be considered a plus.
