About the RoleWe're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build and scale our outbound motion into the mid-market segment at Steer, multi-location, full service auto repair groups operating 4 or more rooftops. This role is focused on uncovering and developing opportunities with growing repair groups, engaging multiple stakeholders across an organization, and guiding prospects through a longer, more consultative sales process than a typical single-shop deal.
This is not a passive, inbound role. You will be expected to create opportunities from scratch, navigate multi-location organizations with more than one decision-maker, and develop messaging that resonates with owners and operators managing growing, complex businesses. We are looking for someone who is no stranger to overcoming obstacles, comfortable with longer sales cycles, and strives to exceed expectations. Come join a team where skill cultivation, career advancement, and talent retention are core values.
This is a fully remote role for US-based candidates.
