Job Description:The Job/What You'll Do:Leads the ongoing development and support of the Sales Coordinator team through coaching, training, feedback, best-practice sharing, and performance accountability. Partners with Internal Sales Leaders and Sales Training on staffing models, hiring, licensing, training plans, and initiatives that improve productivity and business growth. Oversees day-to-day operations, including the Sales Coordinator queue, staffing, timecards, escalated questions, advisor situations, and other assigned responsibilities.
This is a full-time position in our Charlotte, NC office with a hybrid work scheduleResponsibilities:- Ongoing support and development of assigned Team of Sales Coordinators
- Work closely with Internal Sales Leaders to develop appropriate staffing models/assignments to support business growth
- Work closely with Sales Leader to interview and hire new Sales Coordinators/Associates
- Develops, along with Sales Training, the initial, and ongoing training and development plans for Sales Coordinators
- Conducts one-on-one check-in meetings with each Sales Coordinator as needed to review coaching needs, task and accuracy reviews, productivity and efficiency ideas, and ongoing training support
- Proactively gathers feedback from the Internal Sales Teams & Leaders regarding processes, potential coaching needs, productivity & efficiency ideas, and ongoing training support for the Sales Coordinator Team
- Conduct group meetings to facilitate the promotion of idea sharing, best practices, peer training, and other best practices for the role
- Gather feedback, ideas, and process improvements from the Sales Coordinator Team and work closely with the Internal Sales Leaders and/or functional department to help implement
- Work closely with other Sales Managers to develop and implement plans to increase production across the Sales Coordinator Team
- Day-to-day management of Sales Coordinators, including, but not limited to: sales coordinator request queue management, timecards/PTO/daily staffing, primary point-of-contact for escalated questions, or escalated/time sensitive/requests or advisor situations
- Holds the team accountable to pursuing and completing licensing within the provided timelines
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:- BA or BS is Required
- 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- 1+ year in the AssetMark Sales Coordinator Role
- Experience in Training and Development
- Extensive public speaking experience
- AssetMark Salesforce.com experience
- FINRA licenses: Series 6, 63, and 65 and/or Series 7 and 6, preferred
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $80,000-$90,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for a comprehensive sales incentive package and competitive benefits.
