Most people think they're good at sales. Very few actually areWe're looking for the person who has always believed they were different.
The one who naturally persuades people.
The one who loves competition.
The one who hates losing.
The one who's been told, "You should go into sales."
If that's you, keep reading.
This Isn't an Entry-Level Job
You don't need years of experience.
You don't need an HVAC background.
You don't need a college degree.
What you
do need is the ability to influence people, ask tough questions, build trust quickly, and confidently ask for the business.
We'll teach you our business.
We can't teach you the desire to win.
What You'll Do
You'll speak directly with owners of HVAC businesses across the country.
These are real business owners making real decisions about the future of their companies.
You'll learn how to conduct executive-level conversations, uncover problems, present solutions, and close high-value sales.
This is consultative selling-not reading a script or high-pressure pitching.
Who Succeeds Here?
- Naturally competitive people.
- High performers in sports, business, or sales.
- People who take ownership instead of making excuses.
- People who love being measured by results.
- People who want their income to reflect their performance.
If you've always believed you were meant to build something bigger than a typical 9-to-5, you'll fit right in.
Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000-$75,000
Uncapped CommissionOur expectation is that successful salespeople close
at least five new clients each month.
At that level, annual earnings exceed
$225,000, with significant upside for top performers.
Your income is determined by your performance-not by how long you've been here.
Career Path
This isn't just a sales job.
As we grow, we intend to promote from within.
The people who consistently perform will have the opportunity to help build and lead future sales teams.
If your goal is to become a sales leader instead of remaining an individual contributor forever, we'll help you get there.
This Isn't for Everyone
If you're looking for an easy paycheck, keep scrolling.
If you're afraid of rejection, this isn't your role.
If you want someone constantly looking over your shoulder telling you what to do, this isn't your role.
But if you believe you can outwork, outlearn, and outperform the people around you, we'd love to meet you.
We're not hiring rsums.
We're hiring competitors.
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
