North County Cadillac GMC is expanding our Retail Sales Department, and we are looking for energetic Sales Associates to join the team!

You will be supported by an experienced management team that will help prepare you for success. All sales team members have access to a variety of leads including phone, internet, and walk-ins.
Pay: Potential to earn a six-figure income! $16.90 per hour plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses. Average annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $120,000!

What We're Looking For:
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, initiative, and a genuine interest in engaging with people!
• Highly motivated, with the desire to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment!
• Excellent phone etiquette and demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver license and ability to be added to company's list of insured drivers
• Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
What You'll Be Doing:
• Responding to leads and making genuine connections with customers face to face, via phone, and through email
• Greeting and educating customers, assessing needs, and demonstrating products and features
• Attending training classes, in-house meetings, and online seminars to keep knowledge and sales strategies up to date
• Documenting various sales activities in CRM
