Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant green industry experience.
• ISA Certified Arborist® is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong regional knowledge of plants and horticulture.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation are necessary.
• Proficient in computer use and organization.
• Experience in tree care, hazard evaluation, and integrated pest management is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on tree care needs for residential and commercial properties.
• Provide precise estimates tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Oversee crew members assigned to customer jobs to ensure quality service.
• Assist the District Manager in leading the team effectively.
