POSITION SUMMARYThe Organic Growth Team (OGT) Operations Lead is responsible for identifying and removing operational barriers to organic growth across assigned Zeus hubs. The role uses operational, financial, and customer data to identify where performance is constraining revenue, implement practical solutions, and establish repeatable processes that remain in place after the OGT engagement. The Operations Lead partners with hub leadership, sales, service, installation, and other functional teams to ensure growth opportunities can be effectively sold, scheduled, delivered, and sustained.
The Operations Lead will be deployed to one to two hubs at a time based on identified growth opportunities. The role focuses on improving the operational execution required to support RMR, service, RVM, Core Four, and cross-sell growth.
The OGT operates as a small, semi-autonomous team that deploys together to priority Zeus hubs to accelerate identified organic growth opportunities. The OGT is the Operations Lead's first team; the primary source of direction, standards, and accountability; even as the role works day-to-day embedded within, and in close partnership with, hub leadership. The Operations Lead operates with significant autonomy and influence, working alongside local teams rather than replacing hub operational leadership. The role is accountable for driving measurable improvements in capacity, productivity, and execution while building capabilities that the hub can sustain after the OGT engagement concludes.
