Full Job Description
In order to strengthen our Sales team we are looking to hire a Sales Analyst, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

In this role you will be responsible for driving business performance through data analysis, reporting, dealer bonus management, KPI monitoring, and data governance activities. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with advanced analytical capabilities and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The successful candidate will possess an exceptional ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide recommendations that enhance dealer performance and sales effectiveness. As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage dealer incentive and bonus programs, including scheme validation, performance analysis, calculation and payment reconciliation processes, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and recommending optimization opportunities to maximize program effectiveness
  • Support dealer bonus calculations, validation processes, and payment reconciliation.
  • Monitor and analyze dealer and network performance through key sales KPIs identifying trends, risks and opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to regional managers to improve dealer and commercial performance identifying under performance and opportunities
  • Leverage data analysis to support business initiatives in special sales, collaborating with headquarters and regional stakeholders to assess strategy effectiveness, measure business impact, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Support the Sales Performance Manager to manage sales allocation and order planning processes, supporting market optimization, Special Series distribution, volume tracking, and dealer engagement to drive commercial performance.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Support the sales teams and the regional teams with ad hoc analyses.


In order to succeed in this challenging role Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree is considered a plus. 2-5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related field. Experience working in analytics department in automotive industry is a plus.

The following skills are required to perform the role: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling, and complex analytical tools. Proficiency in Power BI and business intelligence reporting. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions. Experience managing large datasets and ensuring data quality. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with SQL and data management tools is considered a plus.
