Job Summary
The Safety Systems & Analytics Administrator manages and improves the company's ES&H technology platforms, reporting systems, and data tools. The role develops dashboards, forms, workflows, and reports that strengthen data quality, operational visibility, compliance, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain safety management and reporting platforms, including KPA, Novara, and related tools.
Configure users, permissions, workflows, notifications, forms, and system settings.
Develop and maintain incident, inspection, observation, audit, training, and corrective-action processes.
Create executive dashboards, scorecards, recurring reports, and key performance indicators.
Analyze safety, training, fleet, compliance, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Monitor data quality, reporting consistency, system performance, and record integrity.
Provide user support, training, documentation, and troubleshooting for field and office personnel.
Partner with ES&H, Operations, Fleet, Training, Risk Management, HR, and IT on system improvements, integrations, and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EHS, business intelligence, workflow automation, construction management, compliance, or operational software platforms.
Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar tools.
Experience supporting construction, utility, industrial, transportation, or infrastructure operations.
Familiarity with data integrations, process automation, and executive reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
