Safety Representative/Manager

Position Summary

The Safety Representative / Manager is responsible for supporting and enforcing health and safety programs on assigned construction projects. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture across project teams.

This full-time position will be based in Mesa, Arizona, supporting large-scale construction operations, with a strong preference for candidates with data center or mission-critical project experience.

Description / Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety programs

• Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments

• Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
