Safety Manager to support an active installation project in
Queen Creek, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements, and implementing safety programs across the job site.

Job Description- Manage daily safety operations and ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and project-specific safety standards.
- Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety training sessions.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
- Monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), site safety rules, and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Maintain safety documentation, records, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support emergency response planning and safety improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Must hold at least one of the following certifications issued by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP):
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
- Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
- Proven experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Specialist, or similar role in construction, installation, manufacturing, or industrial project environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting large-scale construction, installation, or industrial projects.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
- Experience working with contractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
